Services
Website work that fits what your business actually needs.
No mystery tech talk, and no bundle of features you'll never use. Here is what I build, in plain language, and what each one is good for.
Design and development
Building and rebuilding websites
Starter landing pages
A single, well-built page for a business that needs a professional presence without a full site. Good for a new business, an event, or a clear "here is who we are and how to reach us."
Small-business websites
A complete multi-page site with home, services, about, and contact pages, plus whatever else your business needs, built around your goals and your customers.
Website redesigns
If your current site is outdated, hard to update, or no longer represents your business, I'll rebuild it with a clearer structure, faster performance, and a design that fits today.
Mobile optimization
Most visitors arrive on a phone. Every site I build is designed for small screens first, and I can also fix an existing site that falls apart on mobile.
Social link and one-page sites
A fast, branded alternative to Linktree-style bio pages, on your own domain, with your own design and no platform limits.
Custom applications
Focused tools that automate repetitive work or organize information for a specialized workflow, built when an off-the-shelf option genuinely doesn't fit.
Search and local visibility
Helping people in your area find you
Local search is usually the difference between a website that sits there and one that brings in work.
Search-engine fundamentals
Clear page titles, useful descriptions, sensible page structure, and technical cleanup so search engines can find and understand your site. No guarantees and no gimmicks, just solid fundamentals.
Local SEO
Service and location pages worth reading, consistent business information, and a Google Business Profile that actually matches your site. Useful for Leitchfield web design clients and for businesses serving the lake communities.
Google Search Console setup
Whenever SEO work is part of a project, Search Console setup is included. You get a real view of what people search before they land on your site, and so do I.
After launch
Hosting, maintenance, and the parts nobody explains
Hosting and domain guidance
I'll explain what hosting and a domain name actually cost, set them up in your name, and make sure you keep control of both. You should never have to ask permission to move your own website.
Website maintenance
Ongoing updates, repairs, and small changes after launch for clients who want a site that is looked after rather than abandoned.
Content management setup
If you want to make your own updates, I'll set up a system you can actually use and walk you through it until you're comfortable.
Common questions
Before you ask for a quote
How much does a website cost?
It depends on scope. A simple landing page costs less than a full multi-page business site with custom features. You'll get a clear, specific quote after we talk about what you need, with no surprise line items later. There is more detail in my guide to small-business website costs.
Do I need to know anything about web development?
No. I'll explain what your website needs, and what it does not, in ordinary language at every step.
What if I already have a website?
That's fine. I can redesign an existing site, move it somewhere better, or take over maintenance, depending on what you need.
Who owns the website when it's done?
You do. The domain, the hosting account, and the content are registered in your name. Here is why that matters.
Do you work outside Grayson County?
Yes. My roots and most of my clients are in Grayson County and the communities around Rough River Lake and Nolin Lake, and I also work with businesses in Breckinridge, Hardin, Meade, Bullitt, Larue, and Jefferson counties, and elsewhere in Kentucky.
Not sure which service fits?
Tell me about your business and I'll recommend a practical starting point, even if that turns out to be less work than you expected.
