Case study

Ground Pros LLC

Land and property services, laid out so a homeowner can tell in about ten seconds whether this is the crew for the job.

The business

Ground Pros handles land and property work: the kind of jobs where a property owner looks at an overgrown lot, a downed tree, or a drainage problem and decides it is time to call somebody with the right equipment.

What they needed

Property work covers a wide range, and the most common friction is a customer who cannot tell whether their particular job is one the company takes. That leads to wasted calls in both directions. The site needed to set expectations clearly and then make contact easy.

What I built

A clean, mobile-friendly business site with each service described in the language a customer would use to search for it. The structure is deliberately shallow: a visitor reaches the service they care about in one tap from the homepage, and the path to a quote is always one step away.

The build is fast and static, which keeps the site quick on rural connections and keeps ongoing costs low. Search fundamentals are in place, including page titles and descriptions written around the services and the area served rather than stuffed with location names.

What mattered most

  • Service descriptions specific enough to answer "do you do this" before the phone rings.
  • Local search fundamentals for property owners searching in and around Grayson County.
  • A quick, obvious contact path from every page.
  • Low running costs, so the site keeps earning its keep between busy seasons.
